Why is it worth starting your career with DS CONSULTING?

Working in consulting is extremely diverse and brings a lot of satisfaction. It also gives the opportunity to check yourself in different situations and learn about the specifics of various clients. Working in counseling, we are constantly learning, we are broadening our horizons. Often, the experience gained in consulting pays off at further stages of professional career for managerial positions.

Who are we looking for and what do we expect?

We are looking for people with strong internal motivation, self-discipline, committed and creative in the approach to solving complex issues.

A big advantage is the fluent knowledge of English – it allows you to work in our international projects – and the knowledge of MS Excel.

What is important in DS CONSULTING is teamwork and the so-called soft skills. This means, among others readiness to work with people of different characters and views.

What we offer?

Every year we accept paid internships and student internships. Often, after their completion, we offer permanent employment.

We try to make DS CONSULTING work well, have a friendly atmosphere, and everyone felt that they can count on the support of the Board and associates. We try to create such working conditions for every new employee.

We provide a variety of projects so that everyone can check what interests him in a wide range of issues that we deal with. We work in project teams, thanks to which younger employees derive from the experience of older people.

We invest in development: we organize internal trainings within the DS Academy, on average once a month. Training is provided by external experts or experienced consultants from our team. Each employee has a training fund at his disposal, which he can use for his chosen goals.

Directly after the internship, employees can count on a fixed salary, which increases annually and depends on the pace of development of a given person and the general market situation.

We organize company departures and trips for the whole team. Sometimes it is a one-day kayak trip or escape rooms, and sometimes a longer trip abroad. In recent years, we have visited Paris, Rome, Stockholm and Naples together.
